What is Heart of Her Creations?
Heart of Her Creations is a small, woman-owned, Black-owned business dedicated to creating products that celebrate love, romance, and meaningful connections. Our creations are meant to inspire, uplift, and cultivate moments of love and passion.
What type of wax do you use?
We use a premium blend of coconut apricot wax in our candles. This wax is chosen for its clean burn, smooth texture, and ability to hold fragrance beautifully. Coconut apricot wax burns slowly, allowing you to enjoy the scent for longer, and is a more eco-friendly option than traditional paraffin wax. It's a natural, renewable resource, and we love that it helps create a better, longer-lasting candle experience.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Usually, within 2-3 business days of receiving the order.
How long will it take to receive my package?
The time it takes for the order to get to you depends on which shipping option you select at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and videos of the damaged item(s). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Oh no, my address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?
If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at hello@heartofhercreations.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
